Carina Cusumano comes to Kansas City from Santa Clara, Calif. Cusumano earned her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from University of Missouri- Columbia in 2018. She then went west to California to earn her Master of Arts degree from San Jose State University in Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training. While earning her master's degree, Cusumano was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with Santa Clara University. Upon completion of her master's degree, Cusumano was hired on with Santa Clara University. Cusumano has experience with water polo, softball, cross country, tennis, and various high school and club sports. She relocated to the Midwest with her Fiancé Austin. They made the move cross country with their cat Simba, and dog Rosie.
