2009 -- Indoor... led UMKC in the 60-meter dash... posted the personal best time of 8.03 at The Summit League Indoor Championships (2/27)... took fourth at the KSU Invitational (1/17) with a time of 8.10 in the 60 meters... recorded a personal record of 26.82 in the 200 meters at the Missouri Invitational (1/9)... finished fourth at the KSU Invitational in the 300 meters, clocked in at 43.60... anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that took seventh at the League Championships (2/28)... a member of the 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay teams that took fifth at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/5) and the Missouri Invitational (1/9)... Outdoor... ran a personal best time at the Kansas Relays (4/17) in the 100 meters at 12.96... took fifth in the 100 meters with a time of 13.19 and eighth in the 200 meters with a time of 26.20 at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/9)... also ran the 800 meters in the outdoor season... finished 21st at the Nebraska Invitational (4/11) in the 800 meters with a personal best time of 2:31.45.
High School?A four-time all-conference and all-district runner for head coach Barb Delgado...was three-time all-state and MVP...team captain as a junior and senior...was a sectional champ and the recipient of the high school Heisman award as a senior...track and field team finished in the top-10 at state all four years, finishing fourth in 2008...team took first in conference from 2005-2008...holds the school record in the 100 meters (11.9), 200 meters (25.2), 400 meters (60.0) and long jump (16-9)...also played basketball...earned all-Academic honors.
Personal?Brianna Marshall was born Jan. 23, 1990 in St. Charles, Mo...parents are Mary and Kevin Marshall...has three siblings...ran for the St. Louis Blues from 2005-2006 and was an all-American in the 4x100-meter relay and ran for the St. Charles Heat in 2008...is pre-med at UMKC.
