2008-09 -- Joined the team at the start of the spring semester... posted a 3-9 singles record and a 6-7 doubles mark on the year... the six doubles victories were a team-high... played at the No. 1-2 positions in singles and at the No. 2-3 lines in doubles... teamed with Jillian Yakominich throughout the spring in doubles... posted her first collegiate victory with an 8-6 doubles win over UTEP's C. DeLuca and Michaud... won six straight singles and doubles matches from March 8-28, which led to her being named The Summit League Tennis Athlete of the Week on March 31... won her first collegiate singles match over Iowa State's Tessa Lang (6-1, 3-6, 10-7)... she followed it up with wins over Creighton's Lauren Mastro (6-3, 6-2) and South Dakota's Rijalda Zejnic (6-3, 6-0).
High School -- Ranked as the No. 2 player nationally in Bolivia as both a junior and senior... reached the semifinals in doubles in two international tournaments as a sophomore... also was a singles finalist in singles in one tournament... club coach was Rolando Nieva.
Personal -- Born on July 22, 1989... daughter of Ronald and Carola Antelo Amelunge... has two older siblings, Ronald and Carlos Ricardo, and one younger, Romina... majoring in architecture.
